David recently helped with us with my father's cremation and he was amazing. He was very helpful and understanding. He was professional and timely. He made sure we understood everything and was very thorough. Dear Hogan-Bremer-Moore Colonial Chapel: My words seem inadequate to express our sincere appreciation for providing the family of Phyllis Nicolet a flawless ceremony. The fact that this was pre- arranged many years ago, you and I had never met, and we communicated via email and phone adds to your accomplishment. Everything was absolutely perfect. I really had no idea what to expect. The fact is... you all surpassed our expectations. A special thank you for having things so organized. You had answers to all our questions. Mother looked better than anticipated. The casket and vault were quality. I also would like to commend the florist you work with. The casket flowers/roses were beautiful. I did not expect to receive a commemorative candle and laminated newspaper obituary. The guest book was nicer than I've ever seen as well. The pages of encouraging poems are comforting. The thank you cards are above and beyond what I've received from my friends. AND so much more. Thank you for being the amazing coordinators of our mother's Celebration of Life. Dave, Jamie, and Staff, We want to thank you for everything you did for us in this sorrowful time. Please do not dismiss it as "just doing your job," because you went overboard in comforting and accommodating us. You did a nice job of setting up Holy Family for the visitation and helped in transporting the flowers from the church to the house. The thank you cards were very nice and beautiful.
