Jeana Louise Amundson
April 26, 1969 - February 17, 2022
Jeana Louise Amundson (Duit) bravely ended her cancer treatment in early February 2022. The days to come were spent living her life to the fullest with friends and family on earth. She peacefully went to be with her loved ones in heaven on February 17th, 2022. Awaiting Jeana’s arrival were her parents; Sandy Tyer, Cal Duit, and Ike and Yasuko Amundson, brother; John Craighton, grandparents; Aielt and Wyona Duit, John and Esther Day, and Gladys Amundson, along with countless friends. Loved ones left with her warmth and wisdom are her two children; Jake and Taya Amundson, siblings; Jim (Lindsey) Craighton, Julie (Shawn) Bogle, Jodi Craighton, Jason Tyer, Lori (Jason) Hemann, Chad Duit, and Travis Duit, Dad; Robert Tyer, and countless nieces and nephews. She left her rowdy crew of vivacious women behind with the task of continuing to fill the world with deafening laughter. A Celebration of Life Open House for Jeana will be held at the Clear Lake VFW on Saturday April 16th from 5-8pm. Soon after, Jake and Taya will be journeying to Arizona with Jeana's remains for her 53rd Birthday (April 26th, 1969).
